Nor am I with you. The world is full of countries that have wonderful constitutions which claim to protect human rights on paper that are never actually enforced. The government doesn't do it, and the citizens have zero recourse.

Pakistan is one of them. So was the former Soviet Union. So is Communist China. So is present Communist Cuba.

It's just a fact. They claim to protect freedom of speech, but look in the prisons.
