New Deal Propels SOEN to the Next Level Solar EnerTech Corp. (SOEN) announced that it has completed a private placement of $8.3 million, with institutional investors. Looking back over the last year, the Company at every turn, has exceeded its business growth benchmarks. Now with this announcement of the large private placement, the good news for the Company continues, as it rapidly expands its business operations to meet global demand. The construction of the Company’s second 25Mw line is currently ahead of its originally scheduled mid-April launch date. At this time, the Company is running two shifts, one for solar cell production on the first line and the other for preparation of construction of the second production line.
