You keep referencing Toensig as some kind of reputable opinion source???... You're the one who has claimed dozens of times that the White House broke the law by 'outing' Plame. Wouldn't you say that the AUTHOR of the damn law is in a position to know if was broken or not? If it was broken, why did Fitzgerald never prosecute anybody for it?
