Yes, the "so called" hit me too. The guy is clearly speaking without a script, and he is making sense, and saying the right things... - an yet, he feels compelled to throw in this absurd disclaimer. Sounds... as if he intuitively felt that it was a bad idea to stray too far from his peers' way of thinking.
