Too true. But what the hey, let's throw the science out the window and ignore the global warming issue. The fact that it would let the air out of much of the organized terrorism means that it is worth doing for that alone. It wouldn't wipe out terrorism, that isn't possible. But it sure would reduce the ability of terrorists to operate on a global scale.
