Once upon a time......... There was a little company in Denver that made robots. Not the kind that went around talking to people but the automatic vehicles that go around warehouses picking and placing. Hot stuff in these days of mail order and Fedex shipping. They had a great little design and thought they could be a world leader. So they joined up with another company that said they could get them all the cash they wanted to expand. The guys from the new company took control, issued new shares and sold them under Reg s to a South American Bank. Unfortunately another company that was being taken over by the little robotics company balked at the deal because they were not being paid. They filed a suit that resulted in the bankruptcy of the little robotics company. Of course there was suit and countersuit. With the original managers of the little company suing the new money guys etc. etc. The little robotics company is still bankrupt and fading into oblivion. They have sold their prototypes and designs for a pittance and now the shell of the company is up for sale to anyone who wants a vehicle to issue shares. Very sad story JD
