Come on CJ, we all know that our atmosphere keeps us warm. Not up to debate, OK?

Believe we got carried away from the original issue at debate, if/how a delta CO2 content of our atmosphere causes increased temperatures of same - or by what could look like cheer magic, but is supported by the ice core facts - vice versa.
No doubt in my mind - call it believing - that our atmosphere rests in some kind of long term self correcting and thus stable optimum, which doesn't easily gets disturbed by man.

Super volcanic activities or meteorite hits, however, no doubt may change and indeed have changed that from time to time.
