I would never defend SLJB and Petars actions...however, it appears that the Ohio man had pretty much a sense of greed for dumping that much into a penny stock. All the warnings were there for months and months, he coulda got out. If he wasn't savvy enough to understand the red flags he shouldn't have "invested".
