IPKL jus announced that the Chinese Govt approved the JV registration. BUT the SEC suspend 35 pinkies, including IPKL. See link below for details. Unrealistic spams seems to be the main reason. sec.gov Not always that profitable but you can only lose what you put in while the gain... alen
