I understand the need around the household for explosives, but why in the normal course of your life would one really need armour piercing bullets? I haven't been hunting in a few years, but who exactly uses armour piercing bullets, I mean for goose or bear aren't they a tad over the top. OTOH they are being approved for Washington DC, perhaps every politician should sign a waiver that they understand that in Washington DC there is a need for Armour Piercing bullets and explosives, and that he will not hold the government Responsible for injuries caused during pigeon hunting season.
