No, but that is not what I am referring too. I am referrng to CONGRESS wanting to approve the initial appointment. Its bad enough the treatment of potential judges and shortages because of, go down to the prosecutors and eventually we will HAVE NO ONE to employ our laws. Congress IMHO is out of control and INCAPABLE of doing ANYTHING of much value to WE THE PEOPLE. jdn
