3/9/07 Update
The Nasdaq Biotech Index finished the week pretty much where it started, down -4.55% YTD (vs. down -4.56% YTD at the prior Friday's close). The Charity Contest portfolios had a slightly better week, although the portfolios' median still closed down -4.64% YTD (vs. down -5.96% YTD at the prior Friday's close). At Friday's close, 9 of the 31 Contest portfolios were in the black and 15 of the 31 were beating the NBI.
My own portfolio gained a bit for the week and remained in first place with a 16.9% YTD gain. Wilder's portfolio also had a positive week and held the No. 2 position, closing up 11.4% YTD.
Have a relaxing weekend everyone and don't forget to "spring forward."
