I was able to use Lombard's graph yesterday all day without being a customer. Maybe it is because I signed up about two months ago at their Web site and they have not yet purged non-paying customers. I'll have to see if I still have access today. I find the graph to be very useful, even when it is a couple of minutes behind. Only on some days early in the trading and again in the last half hour, when high use apparently gets one only the delayed quote instead of the graph, is it not useful. Its loading tends to start slowing down about 3 PM too. I know nothing about the company's other services.
