(For the third time) Quote from Intel's Kirk Skaugen from the audio were he officially announces a xeon server roadmap update (Feb 21): "and with the discussion today of bringing production on 45nm technology into the fourth quarter for servers" Still reporting about production rather than availability. phx.corporate-ir.net There is no word of Q3 availability in this audio. Nothing "written" about Q4 either but in the audio he gives the quote above. OK, so you are now talking about another audio from the Februari 27-March 1, 2007 Symposium where no official announcement is made at all but just a remark that the "intro" is still >= six months (2Q) away from ~march 1.
