Loren: Those are difficult questions to answer with any certainty. I don't want to give the impression that Dr. Ashkinazi's technology is not real. From what I understand, he can produce a superior diode. It's just that he cannot MASS produce them and they most definitely are NOT low cost. In other words, their much vaunted technology is not yet perfected or commercially viable. It is anyone's guess whether it ever can or will be.

I don't know what legal rights GAD (or ISSM for that matter) has to "sell" this technology. Craig has raised some interesting questions regarding Israel's restrictions on companies that have received government financing.

They certainly can sell the ISSM corporate "shell" though. But, I wouldn't expect that to result in much for shareholders.

If it's any consolation to you, if I still owned some and could only get $.06 for my shares, I would hold on until at least the end of the year (tax loss sale.) It's always possible a "White Knight" could come along and partner up to develop the tech.
