Interesting that Tabby posted the merger news well before SMSC announced it. They are the leakiest company in captivity, and always have been. Their news gets traded on long before they tell shareholders. I guess they haven't paid enough for shareholder suits. Too bad the SEC winks at this illegal activity. Dwight
