I actually have to give LongIslandGuy some credit. Expected him to have at least a dozen people banned by now. He has only banned two.

I read recently that Utah property values had stopped rising a few months ago and were expected to start falling. The values did continue to rise for a time after everything else started falling so it's quite understandable that SLCwhatever used to think he knew what was going on better than everyone else. If he still does then that's a different story.
