Resurrecting drug legalization question by asking some questions:

Its standard for parole/probation to require abstinence from drugs and do drug tests. I presume drug legalization would do away with this - after drug use would be legal so folks on parole/probation could use all they want.

Now what about childrens protective services - when they intervene and remove children from a parent or set of parents, they often require drug testing, abstinence from drug use, and in cases require drug counseling programs. Would drug legalization do away with this? IOW after drug legalization would CPS consider drug using households, drug addicts perfectly fine parental material?
