Dear David: Sorry, thats not the 10K. Thats the request for extention of filing the 10k timely. I believe that one is entitled to request an automatic 15 day extension. Why is this important? Because if filed within the extended period it STILL is considered timely. If filed LATE bad things happen, like cannot use certain CHEAP registration forms for a period of time (I think 1 year assuming next 10k filed timely). Is filing a 10k extension unusual or bad? No its quite normal though not good to do regularly. The reasons given by TPRO are very valid, change of CFO, AUDITORS et al and will be accepted by SEC. JDN

ps: Johnnie W. even if its true someone else is entering the y2k factory floor system that is probably GOOD not BAD. Why? Because that many more people will be out bringing potential customers awareness up to speed. Those of us that invest in Y2K stocks can tell you that ENTERING is a FAR SITE from BEING THERE. TPRO likely has such a lead over any competion that they will get all the business they can possibly handle. Its a big market and lots of room for others.
