MARKETS NATURAL FLOW stockcharts.com Waves on a chart have a natural flow to them if you are looking for it. By drawing a line from a top to a bottom the place where it crosses the counter trend is usually near the center of the counter trend and in an area that touches many support and resistance area. With this thought in mind it is sometimes possible to predict future tops and bottoms by concentrating on the counter trend and where the like crossing my be and still touch as many suppport and resistance lines as possible. Outright misses that are extremely low or extremey high often point to major trend reversals.
