This turn around started with a request to reduce headcount at supply chain software division. Which increases programming efficiency. The old axiom is two programmers for two years to write the business software, with some redundancy and quality control for insurance. Too big a team tends to get confusion and conflicts in programming logic. Success at their largest customer HP also helps. Supply chain software must help e-marketing(revenue increase) and monitor profits in accounting procedure.

Then a clear definition of venture partnership business helped. Which is to share risk with other venture capitalists to create more income from limited partnership sales; and not necessarily from risky venture successes.

This quicky business plan works and must be kept up?
