You might want to look into Interactive Brokers for options.

$1 for 1 contract.
$1.50 for 2 contracts, and $.75 for every additional contract. No ups, no extras.

5 contracts cost $3.75.
10 contracts cost $7.50.

If you are assigned there is no charge for the stock to be put to you or to be called away.

There is a monthly fee for the data feed if you don't trade enough, but there is no requirement to buy their data feed. If you have other accounts that fee is easy to avoid.
