Seems to me that if he didn't squeal to begin with but obstructed justice to begin with --- obviously quite successfully --- then why would he squeal now? Bush/Cheney can give him a much better deal than the judge can. I don't see him saying anything at this late date but, who knows, surprises may come! :)
