Dontcha just love the conservatives who argue that Libby should be pardoned because he was somehow guiltless due to there being no 'underlying crime'.

First off, they're wrong about the crime. It's just that Fitzgerald couldn't prove it.

Secondly, they sure didn't use this argument when crying for Clinton to be found guilty, since last I heard getting blown in the WH was not a crime.

The right continues to push the edge of the envelope, trying to answer the age old question: is there really ANY limit to their hypocrisy?
