Libby wasn't even charged with outing Plame. His convictions were "he said - she said" differences which most of the witnesses also had. Maybe Libby lied, maybe he had a bad memory. Lying Joe Wilson is pretending to sue. He is likely too smart to take it to the point of him having to testify under oath.
