A note of information -->As I understand it, usually a TSXV Capital Pool Corporation is an empty shell. The prospectus indicates a money pool with no property in it at time of listing, (which hopefully takes place ). It is my understanding that you have 18 months to get a property or you get put on the NEX.
There are no end of good properties to acquire. I know a few zinc, gold, copper things (*unfortunately no nickel at present and the uranium are very grass roots..) that you people could and should take a look at. When I talked to John Siriunas, your chairman I believe? he pointed out there were all kinds of deals you could make with all kinds of people. It is the time for it. Deals are a bit richer nowadays, but there are lots of them out there that there were not even there a few year ago. You don't have to go to them. They will come to you.

I should point out something herein. Whilst I look fondly upon the success of your enterprise knowing the group as I do, I believe I must state that whereas I am not a part of it, I would not mind offering my services should you obtain a property. We may be able to furnish in some capacity exploration services or mine development technicals. Assuming you have something at that point that is up our alley.
Matter of fact, the MLM people have a property or two they would be willing to deal, and so I think do the RMKL people. I know they have oodles all over, not necessarily in Rox. They even had some things in Nicaragua at one time, although they may no longer being maintained. The president of our shell, Skylar, which may someday be listed at about the time of the next ice age, has some properties in Alaska which are porphyry bets, and some in Sinaloa which are also porphyry related with gold silver and copper showings. Since he more or less found the San Martin mine for Mar West-Glamis, I think he may be on to a thing or two here or there. There is also a copper vein thing in Chile he brought to us, that may go somewhere and is being small scale mined.
