Hello tonysee200x,

> I thought 95% of that goes to Novell?

I was under the impression that those payments related to the UNIX licenses that were transferred in the sale ... or the transaction that took place. (Still to be defined by the SCOX/NOVL lawsuit :-)

I believe that the new sales/licenses after the sale are the property of SCOX.

So looking here: finance.yahoo.com

There is the "greatly reduced" tangible assets of ~$8mm. Ouch ... I haven't really been following the financials as closely ... been too busy on my start-ups.

I didn't listen to the latest call ... I'll have to go and look again to see where they are at.
