FACT: Water vapor is by far the largest anti greenhouse factor. And that is obvious by this example. If one could stand in the sun and change the percentage of CO2 in the air between one and the sun by a factor of two or ten all other things equal, one would not be able to detect a thing. But one can stand in the sun and have puffy cloud move between and one knows the difference instantly. H20 can reflect solar energy before it ever can create any global warming. And that is one of the main anti greenhouse factors that caused Ice Ages past.
