The French? the French? Were the proceeds being distributed to the entire country? I believe it was only a handful of French that were involved. Hardly enough to dictate policy. What you say is a fiction. The Oil for Food scam was a disgrace, but it was not the even one of the Reasons that they declined to follow us into Iraq. th
