I am puzzled why any corporation with international subsidiaries would remain incorporated in the US or other high tax regimes when there are jurisdictions with far lower corporation taxes and good legal systems, and no geopolitical risks such as Ireland for example. I guess the fact that US corporation tax can be deferred until profit is repatriated and we just saw the recent amnesty explains the inertia.
