Well, well, well - Billy you are back! Funny that you would show up once TRE gets discussed. <g>

Were you one of the TRE buyers today? Why or why not?

What have you got to say in defense of TRE? My problem with TRE is this: 3 years of drilling adjacent to other mines, some of the best land in Tanzania, lots of devoted followers and what does it add up to? The stated goal of the company is royalty income: When does anyone expect to see some royalty income? Shoot there aren't any JV partners yet, no offers to "buy" any of the properties and even if one emerged tomorrow it would take 2 to 3 years to get a mine in production and start generating cash for its TRE owners. I have to wonder where the value lies in TRE and if one couldn't capture better value elsewhere? Right now TRE looks like it is little more than speculation on what MIGHT be found. Thats is fine and is a valid way to "invest" ihmo there are better speculation vehicles out there. I guess the JS followers could have a notion that Barrick is going to just make Jimmy an offer to buy the whole thing out for some two-digit multiple of Mkt Cap? IMHO that doesn't seem realistic in light of the low-ball offer on NG and the fact that NG's resources are tremendous!

In the mean time one could have invested in AZK, DEZ, GSS or MNEAF and make a tidy return. Instead one holding TRE watches the price erode and "hoping" for something to happen, which is NOT my style of investing.

Then there is Sinclair himself.... What does an old trader know about building mines? Geology? Drilling?

But I'll grant you Jimmy has his share of devotes, worshipers and hangers on. I'll admit I was initially attracted and interested in TRE, but now with its stellar performance of recent it is only worthy of being a trader in my portfolio.

Oh and as to TRE being up today, let's see if it can hold up through some more hard down days in the POG and the HUI. I suspect there are a few down days left. Will your breatheren TRE holders get spooked at the next drop and sell in a panic, or have those people left and only those affected with sophistry are left? Time will tell, we will see!

Shoot maybe I'll even get stopped out. <ggg>

H3

BTW- perhaps we should take this "discussion" off NRS board? Wander over to the ego forum and we can wet each others shoes there.
