FIRE their @ss and hire someone who will gladly work.. An ILLEGAL ought to do it... The only reason i can think of a company keeping someone who would refuse to ring up a product they sell is because they cannot replace the person due to tight labor market. the company is prepared to offend some customers vs offend many because of lack of help.
