I oppose the commentary when it is partisan based. The finger points both ways on this one. The righties can complain that the problems in the justice system are do to Clinton's political antics and the lefties can complain that the righties are politicizing the judicial process. Both are correct. Suggesting that Bush is to blame is silly. It is a systemic problem that needs to be taken completely out of the hands of politicians. I suggested this type of change long before these dismissals, this is just another opportunity to raise the issue.
