That brings up a good point. How did Harriett Miers's emails get leaked? Don't we all agree that emails about sensitive personnel matters should never leaked to the public? After all, the employees' privacy should be of paramount concern. Shouldn't we be tracking down whoever leaked the emails and looking at whether privacy rights were violated?
