The surveys show the religious ideology is gaining strength. While 20 years ago there were few who had heard of Global Warming, now most people have. But they are nearly all unable to understand the theory and confuse it with plastic supermarket bags suffocating seagulls and cigarette butts on the footpath. Or maybe it has something to do with catalystic religious conversions. Most people get their opinions ready-made from newspapers and alpha males. The priesthood tells them what to believe. They bow their heads, repeat the liturgy and litany of lies, pay the tithe and get back to work, believing that God'- on their side. Mqurice
