I'm wondering if TEK has an ace up their sleeve.

With the announcement of the October 3 for 2 split and no obvious new sources of revenue coupled with a charge of 45 to 55 million there seems to be one contradictory piece of info and that is the split and dividend increase. I think I'll be waiting to see since I don't beleive Jerry Myer wants to lose credibility with the shareholders, maybe he knows something that the rest of us don't and he can't say.
