Wrong, really isn't an answer to the question. You said you didn't see it as wrong, are you now saying you do?

18% operating margin is pretty extraordinary for a commodity company.

Not quite so extraordinary for the top company in the industry, when the industry is highly cyclical, and is now enjoying one of its best years. 18% operating margin would be exceptional for a company selling a commodity in a stable industry, or as the overall average in a cyclical industry, but not in the best of times in a highly cyclical industry.

The Congress is already working on repeal of their subsidies

Good, lets hope it gets some where.
