i haven't experienced .

ps just remembered a huge corporate move out of nyc to va. seemed like all the new yorkers , never had a drivers license. Special program was put in place to get them driver, ed. loans for car down payment, and discounted interest on life of loan. these people never moved in their life time either until the business moved. I wonder how many more new york, chicago etc folks are born , brought up in the neighborhood, marry and buy some place close to never move again.
