While EPP did drop significantly last week, it wasn't enough of a decline to get to my "next buy" price. It dropped briefly below its 26 week moving average only to pop back almost immediately. Along the way since 2004 I've sold off small amounts of the ETF as the price has risen. This has kept the value at risk relatively constant while building up the cash reserves. The cash is currently earning a reasonable money market yield, so can afford to be idle for now. Should the non-US markets weaken further, I'll be using the cash to buy back inventory in EPP.
