What do you do when the person moderating the board violates the terms of use of the board consistently himself, then threatens others with being banned for doing far less?

Note - This is a moderated thread. 'Heated debate' will be tolerated, but name-calling and other immature behavior will not! Please be civil and try to keep the discusion on-topic.

If this immature child starts banning people for acting LESS inappropriately than himself, or his actions show that he's using his position as moderator to violate the rules himself, while banning others that do far less, he should be turned into SI and banned permanently.

I guarantee, any action to ban me from this board will be turned into SI... NO ONE should be a moderator who acts like this childish Jake Straw, KING of name-calling and libel!
