Clarke said Bush-Cheney-Rice ignored pre 9-11 warnings and didn't lift a frigging finger to combat Al Qaida before 9-11, not a single finger. Clarke also said that right after 9-11, Bush-Cheney wanted to blame it on Saddam and use it as an excuse to invade Iraq based on a huge lie. Clarkje said Bush disbanded Clinton's entire counter-terror operation and did not replace it.

Clarke also said Rice didn't even know who Al Qaida was, but Bush made her national security advisor.

Clarke also said he got orders to let all Saudis out of the country after 9-11 without interrogation from Andy Card's office or maybe Richard Armitage. Both working for Bush.

This is why many people say Bush-cheney either planned 9-11 or let it happen on purpose to use it as a phony excuse to take Iraq's oilfields. Which is all the Iraq invasion was about, let's be honest.
