Dundee increases Breakwater interest to 24.4% 2007-03-14 17:41 ET - News Release See News Release (C-DC) Dundee Corp Mr. Ned Goodman of Dundee reports DUNDEE CORPORATION INCREASES INTEREST IN BREAKWATER RESOURCES LTD. Dundee Corp. has acquired 15,400,705 common shares of Breakwater Resources Ltd. at 20 cents per share each on the exercise of 15,400,705 warrants of Breakwater, increasing its interest in Breakwater by approximately 2.9 per cent. As a result of the warrant exercise, Dundee now holds directly or indirectly a total of 101,880,061 common shares representing an approximate 24.4-per-cent interest in Breakwater. The common shares of Breakwater were acquired for investment purposes by Dundee and its position in Breakwater may be increased or decreased in the future as considered appropriate in light of investment criteria, market conditions and other factors and in accordance with the provisions of applicable securities legislation.
