Carl, Thanks for the thread. I've put IPX on my radar screen. It seems that every time I've gone shopping for a real estate company (I think this area will be hot for a while to come -- despite Bank of Canada increase yesterday) it has moved out of my "comfort range" before I've acted. Apex is a fine example of one I just missed -- although it continued to move way up even beyond my expectations. That's why I suspect I'll be moving on IPX sooner rather than later. It has a lot of what I want in a real estate holding going for it. Again, thanks for the thread and thanks for the heads up. GLTUA, Marcman
