since the IPO, only transactions were the (open market) buys from david. NO SALES. in terms of the future... the 180 days lockup should be around 4/12/2007 with 4.514MM shares recorded via S1. you can see this with WSA services. there are 58.442MM listed and only 19.08MM float, so 4.514MM is a market mover. whether they will be accounted for is your question. i simply do not know. paul
