Denis,

Shortly you will have to add service and maintenance to your estimates. I think warranties for the lasers are one year in duration, perhaps someone can correct me if that is wrong. Hopefully, Cymer should be increasing revenues and earnings soon due to that.

I think someone once quoted what AMAT's percentage of revenues is for service and maintenance, and it was extremely high. Maybe someone else could help with this also.

Let's discuss this further, perhaps Ian would like to add to this.
