However it appears that ephud definitely has been banned here, so it must have been done by SI Admin, probably Dave. So far as I know, Rink has no authority here, has no moderating powers, etc. The rules for this thread are very simple: comply with SI's terms of use. Apparently ephud chose not to do that...?
