If you take Business 101, you might understand the difference. In no way does Chavez "manage" CITGO. He is an absentee Chairmen of the Board...his function is closer to a board member than it is a manager. There is a huge difference... As I mentioned to Kenneth, this is a very simple point to be resolved. Call CITGO and ask them.
