The only downside to SGV is shares out. They are a titanic looking for an iceberg on that score. Still, with a 3 million ouncer, they could handle 3-4 bucks a share. I look at FNI and SGV as growth stocks. Maybe someday Sacre Coeur will brighten up in that category too. Not as excited about them, but they are in the right area.
