The stock is acting very sticky at $13.75 - $14 and I don't see any great rush. As long as they really have faith in Quad Core. If, however, they don't then they'd better start getting money together soon. I'd sure like them to offer the convert to existing stockholders. The board feels to me like it's accepting a whole lot dimmer view of AMD than I have -- but then, I've been known to wear rose colored glasses wrt this stock. -tgp
