When reading such a report one must consider the source. My son is a Scientist with NIH and I know from him how difficult it is to get studies and findings published in real medical journals. I dont know if what you posted is anymore then hearsay. However, I agree, somehow it seems rather stupid that INTERSTATE commerce laws have anything to do with a plant likely grown in Calif, harvested there and administered there. jdn
